If this is your first time being introduced to our firm, you may be wondering "Why would I want to do business with this real estate company? I don't even know who they are!" Since there are so many real estate companies in Massachusetts, it's a valid question! Well, we're different! Why? Here are a few major differences:

    Selling: List your property with Jonathan Bowen Real Estate, LLC and every salesperson or broker at Jonathan Bowen Real Estate, LLC works for you and your interests! "Huh?!", you might be thinking. In reality, when you do business with the vast majority of real estate companies in Massachusetts, including the large franchises, only one or maybe a few agents at most work for the seller! That's right! The rest of the salespeople or brokers work for the buyer and their interests! And guess what?! You, as the seller, will end up paying that buyer agent a commission to work against you and your interests! It just doesn't make sense! Feel free to give us a call and we will be glad to educate you on further differences between real estate companies and their business practices!

    Buying: Every salesperson and broker at Jonathan Bowen Real Estate, LLC works for you and your interests. The only exception would be when you are interested in one of our office listings. In every case, we promise to treat you with honesty and respect!

    Here's something else about Jonathan Bowen Real Estate, LLC that is different than most real estate companies; no dual agency! "What's that?" you might be thinking. Well, sometime after a real estate company has listed a property for sale a buyer might walk into an open house and want to buy that property directly from the listing salesperson or broker. It happens quite often. Well, that salesperson or broker would have to enter into a dual agency agreement with both the seller and buyer of that property in order to properly discharge his/her duties. In effect, once the salesperson or broker enters into that dual agency agreement he/she would have no fiduciary responsibilty! Hmmm.... that just doesn't seem right! It's not! Most other real estate companies offer dual agency. Jonathan Bowen Real Estate, LLC does not!
